How Ordering Works

Every game and sign is personalised and made to order. Here's what happens from checkout to your wedding day.

1. Choose your design
Pick your product and any options, such as size or orientation. Each product page explains the choices available.

2. Add your details at checkout
Enter your details at checkout, for example your names, your wedding date, or the clues for a crossword. Everything is copied exactly as you type it, so check spelling and capital letters carefully.

3. Approve your proof
We'll email you a digital proof within 48 hours. You then have 24 hours to request any changes. After that, your order goes to print and can't be changed.

4. Printing and delivery
Once you've approved your proof, your order is printed and dispatched within 3 working days. UK delivery usually takes around 3 working days, and international delivery takes 7-12 working days. Delivery times are set by the courier, so allow a little extra time during busy periods.

5. On the day

Large boards (crossword, wordsearch, first dance sweepstake)
Set your board on an easel (available as an add-on at checkout) somewhere guests will pass, such as the drinks reception or the bar. Leave the pen beside it so guests can add answers or guesses throughout the day. Afterwards, wipe it clean with a damp cloth to reuse it, or keep it as it is as a keepsake.

Small games (bingo, Guess Who, I Spy and photo games)
Place them on each table before guests sit down. They work well during the wedding breakfast and the gap between courses, and give guests from different groups something to chat about. Ask your venue or planner to set them out so you don't have to think about it on the day.

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your wedding to leave time for proofing and delivery.
