Thank you for shopping with Wedding Puzzles And Games. This page explains how and when your personalised items will be delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are made-to-order and include a personalised design stage.
Processing timeline:
-Design preview is usually sent within 2 business days after your order.
-Once you approve your preview (or after 24 hours if no changes are requested), your order moves into production.
-Production time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on volume.
During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Typical delivery estimates:
United Kingdom
-Standard: 2–5 business days
-Express: 1–2 business days
Europe
-Standard: 4–10 business days
-Express: 2–5 business days
USA & Canada
-Standard: 7–15 business days
-Express: 4–8 business days
Rest of World
-Standard: 10–20 business days
-Express: 5–12 business days
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen delivery method (Standard or Express).
4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs checks, local taxes, or import duties.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot control or influence customs delays.
5. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Express services may include tracking depending on the courier used.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
-Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
-Replacements for items sent to wrong addresses entered by the customer
If you realise your address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@weddingpuzzlesandgames.com.
If your order has not yet gone into production or shipped, we will update it for you.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within:
-30 days for UK orders
-45 days for international orders
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
We cannot refund or replace orders delayed due to customs, weather issues, or courier disruptions until the above timeframes have passed.
8. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement free of charge.
