Just received the gorgeous wordsearch from Josh. He customised it for my daughter’s 30th birthday party, using all of the words I provided making it a totally unique and bespoke item. Everything went well with this purchase - it was easy to input our word choices and title into the order, I got a draft back for perusal in less than 24 hours, my comments and suggestions were then quickly incorporated, my questions answered, and an answer sheet sent to me before it went to print. It was then sent out to me within a couple of days. Firstly, it was well-wrapped and sandwiched between protective card layers, no risk of any bending or damage en route. Once opened, the finished item inside is 10/10! The board it is printed on is a good thickness and I love the font used. The surface is wipeable as promised and so we are ready to go!
Brilliant fun idea! A great conversation starter for get togethers of any sort. Mine was for a wedding party, where people won’t know each other so a good opportunity to ask each other questions about the bride and groom!
It’s actually fun making up the Q’s and A’s, not as easy as you think to be original but once submitted you get the chance to check it over and it’s quite a challenge finding answers even when you know what you’re looking for! Perfect!
Mine had a misspelling so I messaged Josh and he and his computer rectified it in minutes and the item was dispatched promptly.
The seller is so accommodating and helpful, the idea is great and the item is well made and good value.
Love supporting people who understand good customer service and this company certainly does.
Many thanks
